Bill-- Can't by any means answer all of your questions, but I'll give a shot at a few. I think they issued the press release because they were getting a lot of questions from their actual investors, and from potential institutional investors. Marty Halloran evidently doesn't like to mess with the press, but perhaps he felt that it was easier to do it than not do it this time. The Wiz is a pretty high-visibility outfit in New York, which is probably why it was chosen. I take it other contracts are in the works, but we won't hear about it till it happens. The Dolgoff lawsuit: don't know the details, but my broker told me that all suits have been settled. So we'll see. It's annoying, I agree, that they can work on a product for God knows how many years and then miss a Christmas shipping deadline by a couple of weeks. Janice
