Probably one reason they haven't been purchased is that they have a depressed stock price and see the true value of the company as much higher than the stock has been selling for in the last year.

With everything they have in front of them it makes sense to increase the company's value before agreeing to a sale. Isn't Inman of Inman and Bowman (VC's) on the board?

Also Murphy hired a consultant who said that they turned down a sale in the $5.00 area, but that was just unconfirmed rumor, I think. I am hoping this deal is worth the wait. I own shares as high as $5.00.

Where do you folks think this will trade on the announcement of the deal, and then later in 1999 when the kit is up and running?
