To All: Comcast-Sacramento is now offering Digital Cable for $9.95 per month. In addition to the available features, such as CD quality music channels, Comcast is promoting an "on-screen interactive navigator". The announcement regarding digital cable was made in June, but the deployment was held up because of a shortage of GI set-top boxes. DS
