Raymond,

Does the Qu'ran say this in the Sura 53:

"We sent not ever any Messenger or Prophet before thee, but that Satan
cast into his fancy, when he was fancying: but God annuls what Satan casts, then God confirms his signs."

What does this mean? Does it mean that a prophet can make a mistake because of Satan, according to the Holy Qu'ran?

I understand that it does say God will clear up the error eventually, but the prophet can initially make the error because of Satan, doesn't it say this?

God Bless,
Steve
