I actually called the SEC a long time ago, based on a particularly flagrant bit of insider trading that came to my attention. They told ME to pull some documentation together and they would "look into it." Needless to say I have not had a great deal of confidence in them since.

I haven't looked at the options activity on ASND, but I note they do have a nice piercing pattern candle- bullish, I also have a 10/30 MA crossover to the upside for them- bullish. Volume is decreasing, and up on lower volume is not bullish and MACD and my intermediate stochastic are high and flat- could turn down, or could continue on upward. The bottom stochastic (longer term) is bullish though- crossing up from a bottom. So I would have to say you don't have a tell tale volume spike like I have seen in some small stocks where they are up on bigger than average volume as a result of inside info, but the TA picture is still somewhat favorable. I am sorry for the wishy washy answer- maybe someone else sees more in the chart than I do.
