doby, the management is very smart. They use people like Carson and Charters to dish out the information. The evidence is Carson's reporting and Charter's claim that Santa Elena has 1.4 million ounces. Where did they get this information? Obviously management. They said it.

As for the future, I would wait to see what happens with the lawsuit. I don't know American courts. As I said KRY is a good buy at these levels but there are so many to pick from. I prefer a junior that has no pending lawsuits. Just being sure.
