RE: PCI-X and exclusion of Dell

If the did PCI-X firms attempt to exclude or overcharge any other competitor or customer, they will violate Sherman Act Sec.1 which makes a felony of "any contract, combination, or conspiracy in restraint of trade." Such explicit collusion in price fixing or market division is a "per se violation", which means it cannot be justified by collateral or incidental benefits to society. Did anyone mention jail time? injunctions? triple damages? and, most important "attorneys' fees?"
