Dave and other TLC investors;

I visited 2 major software distributors today, CompUSA and Best Buy, looking for toddler software. While I was there I spend considerable time browsing the software titles. With the acquisitions completed so far this year, TLC controls an incredible amount of shelf space. No other consumer sofware company even comes close to commanding as much shelf space as TLC. Everywhere you look there are titles from TLC (including Creative Wonder, Mindscape, and Broderbund). I believe we are witnessing the creation of a mega-giant in the consumer software sector with rapidly disappearing competition.
