Next week IMO should set the tone how AETI will be trading atleast in the short term. With the much anticipated 'LAWSUIT DISMISSAL that may be announced any day, this stock will create more interest among new investors. All of a sudden their contract wins with Vancouver stock exchange, Ontario clear water agency, European Fortune 500 Bank etc. will make more sense. Fundamentals of the company will start to improve. Tremendous interest towards AETI's encryption software products coupled with new major contract wins should make this company more visible and SHORTS will have every reason to get PANIC and we may be in a ride for substantial advances in stock price. In order for these things to happen, What we don't need is :
- A major BLOODBATH across the board on Wallstreet
- Management's poor handling of PR

What we do need is :
- A clear statement from AETI regarding lawsuit dismissal
- Management's vision towards AETI's near/long term future
- Major contract announcements
- Target date(s) to make audited financials available to public

Let us hope for the best and hope AETI will not only survive out of this 3-month long lawsuit crisis but will come out as a much better viable company to its customers and profitable to its shareholders.
