the stores I visited have all TLC titles on sale with either rebates
of even lowered prices (national geograghic 3 cd's down to $29.00)... then i found today's electronic store flyer with all TLC titles selling at a rebated price of $9.00.

so it seems TLC has flooded the stores with discounted programs, with "pay when you can" terms...

nice strategy.
