Bob, Not an overlay, but a general pattern. In '97, August was a rough month with the low being set on the last trading day. Same this year. In '97, we then went up 9% until end of first week of October. We are now up 9% since the end of August, but we still have some room to go to test the OEX neckline. It's just an observation. Berney
