without a doubt IMO there are insiders sharing info with others, the MM are the ones who control the stock price and if they get wind of a deal you can bet they will move the price for their benefit. for you and i , we just need to know what side of the coin to be on.

example asnd: this stock has been moving on takeover rumors from lu. if one of the MM already knows for sure that lu will make a move you can bet they will want to drive the price down and pick up cheap shares.....now it will work the other way also...lets say they find out lu is NOT going to buy asnd and then they let the stock move up and you get bet they will short the hell of it because if lu backs out of buying asnd it will IMO drop lie a rock.........but the bottom line is the market in general is very manipulated and it's all part of the positioning game.
