Remember that in the very early stages of explosive commercial Internet infrastructure deployment (early 1994) Cisco stock was TRASHED and left for near- dead. That's right, the mother of Internet plumbing had a huge stock price hemorrhage in early 94 when the first leg of the Internet tidal wave was forming. I remember because I was out there buying my first shares of Cisco in 1994.

In the same fashion, we are in the EARLY third leg of the revolution-- customized extranets to accelerate the end user e-commerce sales cycle . The journalist are going to be all over this because SGA reduction is the only way to save face in a deflationary environment. Likewise, the Internet model of distribution allows for low inventory levels...again a must have for a deflationary environment so that vendors can take immediate advantage of component price declines.

A trader I obviously am not, but I can assure you that the Broadvision mission statement to customize extranets is going to be the central theme of Corporate America for the next few years. And remember, you heard it here first.
