Remember that in the very early stages of explosive commercial Internet infrastructure deployment (early 1994) Cisco stock was TRASHED and left for near- dead. That's right, the mother of Internet plumbing had a huge stock price hemorrhage in early 94 when the first leg of the Internet tidal wave was forming. I remember because I was out there buying my first shares of Cisco in 1994. In the same fashion, we are in the EARLY third leg of the revolution-- customized extranets to accelerate the end user e-commerce sales cycle . The journalist are going to be all over this because SGA reduction is the only way to save face in a deflationary environment. Likewise, the Internet model of distribution allows for low inventory levels...again a must have for a deflationary environment so that vendors can take immediate advantage of component price declines. A trader I obviously am not, but I can assure you that the Broadvision mission statement to customize extranets is going to be the central theme of Corporate America for the next few years.
