Wade. It starts with the COMPANY being responsible for WHEN and what it tells its shareholders. That was the point of my posts. Look at the sequence and dates of the statements made by the company. They are doing the talking.

I'm neither long nor short. When the market is moving against one in small caps the last thing investors need is the company moving against them also.

Myself and thousands others are tired of the wishy-washy tactics of small companies. First sales and earnings are great, and then all of sudden after the stock offering is completed and they've got their cash, then they have to tell investors what the situation is really like.

Perhaps my advice to investors should be to avoid small caps all together. Surely Wade you've seen enough of this B.S. I'm talking about with companies like NFLI and SWTX?
