This my personal opinion. DELL will be up this week.
1:There were more buying on intraday dips of DELL. Resistance was broken.
2:Generally DIP-BUYING has benefited investors last week.
3: FOMC on Tuesday is announcing the rate change and expected to lower the rate.
4: I believe S& P futures are up.
