blash, haven't read the SEC filing. But I will comment on one of your points. There is no rule of thumb for how the market values a company relative to its book value. An internet company such as AOL or AMZN is valued at ridiculous multiples of its book value. On the other hand, I know of other companies (ZOOM, for one) which is valued at a fraction of its book value.

The market will give much more weight to expected earnings growth in arriving at a market value than it will give to the value of a company's assets (book value).
