>Who is doing the manufacture of the units beyond the prototypes?<

I know we have at least three and possibly a fourth company set up to be manufacture CAPSCANs. The minimum number would be 6,000 per individual manufacturer per month but it could be more likely twice that much.

>Are they being contracted out or is the Company doing them.?<

Contracted out.

>What are the costs of manufacturing: land, building, equipment, labor, raw materials, etc.?<

I believe each CAPSCAN will cost about $40 to manufacture per each individual unit.

>Does the Company have sufficient money, lines of credit, etc to deliver if they receive the orders?<

The company has plenty of money. It was raised from venture capitalists who supplied the money in return for shares. I know they own lots of the company stock. They profit only from share price appreciation so the company owes them nothing. EVDS currently has over 4 million in cash for the company's use from the venture capitalist stock purchases.

The good news is that the number of overall shares will actually be less than all the company's earnings estimates that I have read are based on. Check out the number of shares that I refer to in the thread header. That number was put together from previous estimates. Well that number is wrong. The company has only issued 12,588,658 shares so far. There is a committment for another 20% to be issued next February which would bring the grand total to just slightly over 15 million shares. The additional 20% issued in February of 1999 will be restricted for one year. The float of a bit more than 3 million shares would be accurate but as you can see earnings will be higher than expected because of the lower number of shares than what was previously estimated.

EVDS has plenty of money to get these CAPSCANs to market. Everything seems to be set up to make this happen. Don't forget that EVDS also has a $4.5 million dollar contract for their remediation and construction business. I know it's hard to believe but EVDS looks darn fine to me. Please feel free to contact the company to confirm what I have been telling you. Here is their phone number:
