Radar,

I think the 1/4 pt is already factored in and will not do anything to help the markets. 1/2 pt will show everyone that the US is serious about helping the rest of the globe.

I have read a few reports tonight that suggest the cut must be 1/2 pt or we are in for a rough ride.
