Jim --- started buying LTV as the vol rose a few weeks ago. Hearing rumors a British firm is interested in them That would only be a gamble but product price has bottomed. Unions and mgmts have banded to save jobs and companies from overseas pruducers from dumping. Most Japanese firms have stopped shipping to US until congress makes a move. Prices will be going up and share price along with it IMO. Adding under 6.
