I live in CA, and take my spouse to the local Unilab once a month, for past 11 years, for a routine 'protime' test on her 'blood'. No insider scoop there, but I look for tell-tale clues like:
- Are employees same ones always, and happy, and looking dedicated?
- Are plants watered? (Yes, and looking better!)
- Do they look under-staffed or overstaffed? (Seeing more Help!)
- Any new office or lab equipment visible? (Better filing system!)
- How many people signed in on Sign-in sheet for day, time...and do
rough calculation on days earnings for one lab times number labs
total in Unilab system times 245 work days per year to est. Total
Sales per year. (Although looking at their Financials, it looks
like Sales Revenues comparatively steady, but earning way-up...so
probably slowly raising prices on each test? Same time of day/mo.
- And, actually ask Technician if their Company is doing better
Financially, but get no insider Help, there!
Anyway, I'm waiting for slightly lower Price than this past week before buying any more blocks of shares...really turning on the 'averaging'! |
