All these numbers remind me of a saying: "If you owe a bank a million dollars, the bank has a lot of power over you. If you owe a bank a billion dollars, you have a lot of power over the bank." the creditors may have so much at stake they may have to keep loaning more money in the hopes that they'll get everything back someday.
