Mr. Reed,

I read your FAQ and do not feel any more sympathetic toward class action lawsuits, lawyers in general, and you specifically. The class action participants still only get pennies on the dollar in most cases, while the lawyers get a proportionately huge chunk of change. You went to great detail in your FAQ to skirt that issue and to sell the concept that the lawyers get what they have earned. You extol that the class action system is all set up to allow the common man access to the legal system so that companies can be held accountable. I contend that the system is set up to benefit the lawyers. The class action suits drag on for years the company ends up settling and admits no wrong doing and everyone is happy. This system needs to be changed.

I am more than happy to have you as an individual and your opinions on this board. Please keep your solicitations out of this forum.

Regards,

Milkman
