I didn't know you had that kind of power. Needless to say, I'm impressed. Perhaps with all that power you can be of assistance to some present and perspective shareholders, and answer a few pertinent questions.
1) Whatever did happen to Sparrow Marcioni ?? I've haven't seen a formal announcement about her departure. What conditions did she leave under ???
boeing.com
>>>>"Our intention is simple and straightforward: We want to develop the most comprehensive and functional satellite Internet services available to businesses today," said Internet Passport President Sparrow Marcioni. "With this relationship, we are well on our way to doing that."<<<<<<<
Also, do you know if Sparrow's Atlanta office is still operational ?? The office where " Reggie " is or was. ( remember RB's post about " We Have Reggie " and his importance )??
2) These next two questions are important as many people have asked recently about the number of shares outstanding !!! Do you know how much the company paid for the Bosnia deal ?? If so, was it paid for with stock, or in cash ?? Ftel has paid for purchases in the past with stock. Correct ?? ( ie Sparrow's " Internet Passport " )
>>>>FNet purchased the Bosnia equipment from Harris Telecommunications Systems for an undisclosed amount and will operate the network with Virginia-based Megaburst Inc., a company specializing in engineering development for technology companies throughout the US and Europe.<<<<<
3) Do you know how much the company paid for this ?? If so, was it paid for with stock, or in cash ?? Is this one producing revenues yet ???
>>>>Westlake Village, CA, July 2, 1998 -- Franklin Telecom (OTC: FTEL) today announced that its subsidiary FNet Corp. has acquired LDNet, a Voice Over IP company based in Bainbridge, Ohio. LDNet was among the first companies to test Franklin's Tempest® Data Voice Gateway. LDNet's current installations include Chicago, St. Louis, Detroit, Cleveland, Akron, Columbus, New York City and Washington/Baltimore.<<<<<
If the above deals were closed for stock, do you know if more shares were issued from the company's treasury ? If so, could this be part of the CURRENT price decline, if there were no restrictions on selling after the deal was closed ???
4) Regarding the recent Power and Telephone Supply deal, some posters have mentioned that PTS will be stocking Ftel's product, however, from the President's message and I quote " The order has no volume commitment but training will start next month for their sales engineers." ( see link below ), Which is correct ???
ftel.com
>>>>We have now signed our first large stocking distributor. Power and Telephone Supply in Memphis has over 400 employees and has been in business since 1934. We are very excited to have PTS on board. The order has no volume commitment but training will start next month for their sales engineers. ptsupply.com.
5) A few posters have also mentioned that the ATT lawsuit has been settled, if that is true, what are the details of that settlement ?? Can you refer me to a news release explaining that ??
Speaking of ATT, can you explain how Lucent puts up with your position and constant postings to this board, I believe that ATT and Lucent are listed as competitors of Ftel's. As you are an employee of Lucent, do you know if Lucent feels that your involvement and ravings here are harmless and do not constitute a conflict of interest ????
In closing, I would like to refer you to a site right here on SI,

Please read up on this, it should enlighten you and others regarding lawsuits against posters. This began with Pluvia posting to PLSIA, I've referenced a recent post ( 09/26/98 ), for your perusal.
