Admirably, for which I am again grateful and undeserving.

I have a feeling that the recent discussion concerning dismissed accountants and cheeseburger bailouts has not fazed your position. In my limited(!!) experience, accounting manipulation is the most damning transgression for a company and usually results in quick devastation for the stock price. (Cendant, Oxford Health, Manugistics, Think New Ideas...............) And usually it is accompanied by musical rotation of accountants and other high level management. In many cases such high level persons have a previous history of similar controversy. Perhaps in this case it was mollified by Mr. Simplot shoveling in the cash, which is quite the opposite of what happens in the typical scandal scenario, where the executives have cashed out on their options and stock shares just in time for the stock to crash. I am very sure that you witnessed these things at Micron as they happened, and probably have a somewhat different angle on it, which I would be very interested to hear.

Thanks again,

wily
