You are incorrect. During a breakout session at the NN AGM Terry Mathews stated that there are two things against a NN takeout the first is TM (himself) the second is the share price. Terry went further and stated if the second was issue was solved the first would be as well. Bottom line, offer the right number and NN is yours. Look at the Metro DWDM market and what NN (Cambrian) has, then you might consider NN as a possible takeout by LU. Regards Glenn P.S. I am a NN shareholder and own no ASND. Good luck to all.
