But you are right..

No doubt Slate, a CFO resigning cannot be spun into gold. The best face is that he found a better job, he just got sick of answering the phone to answer my quesitons <g>. TSQD is pretty small and accounting straightforward, and it is not a highflying stock, so I doubt he is resigning because of guilt.

That's my take.
