INDEX UPDATE
--------------------

As previously indicated, it appears that the DOW is now in a RISING WEDGE and the upper trendline of the WEDGE is pointing to around 8200-8250 for today and tomorrow. So even if the DOW is up strong it will probably stay withing the RISING WEDGE formation.

The overseas market are mixed with ASIA up but EUROPE flat, with only GERMANY up. It is interesting that FRANCE was up over 2% earlier in their trading day to now go negative, and GER also off their highs.

In light of the overseas market, feel that the DOW should close relatively flat(plus or minus 50 points).
