John, I just got back in at 1 1/4. I'm a little p.o.'d at Waterhouse Securities. I had a limit order in for awhile at 1 1/4 (when it was trading higher). The price dipped pretty low (ask was 1 1/16 or 1 1/8) but I still got filled at 1 1/4. I guess it doesn't matter that much but I thought they could have gotten me a lower price. I emailed Netgateway on Friday to get their take on the announcement but haven't received a response yet. Will post it here when I get one. Bill
