Maurice: Qualcomm can go to a USA court, show the patents and get an injunction if the case is crystal clear... Armed with an injunction, L M Ericsson's USA property will be up for confiscation by USA bailiffs, police, marines or whatever is needed. One error, the Q can only prevent W-CDMA whereever they have protection in that country. If ERICY supplies W-CDMA equipment in Europe and if the Q has coverage in Europe, the Q has to go to a European court. If ERICY supplies W-CDMA equipment in the US and if</b the Q has coverage in the US, the Q has to go to court in the US. Same logic and reasoning goes for Japan, et al. dave
