Jennifer, They are shipping a PCMCIA ISDN communication device as well as other ISDN products for Server to Server connection. ISDN is Integrated Services Data Network, basically you get up 156K bits per second over standard copper phone lines using digital versus analog technology. Think of it this way the fastest modems operate at 28.8 kbps and an ISDN connection is at least 5 times faster since line quality drops down speeds in standard modems. Think of browsing the web at 5 times faster than you are currently working. or 10 times if you have a 14.4 kbps modem like me. I was talking to a rep. from Eicon today and he claimed they had some problems with European sales. I think this company could really get going or be bought out.
