Would one of you lawerly type be willing to suggest what this may mean ( from the Dec. 20th Order - a full copy of the order is available at patents.com ):

5.Defendant McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. is granted leave to file an amended motion to dismiss within two weeks of the
date of this Order.

Does this mean that E-data didn't provide the necessary information to pursue McGraw-Hill or that McGraw-Hill might be settling?
