G'day all - dear Paul & Bob et al, yes, the confluence of factors, including Bob's ALA and others' index fund distributions, has conspired against the downfall, it is good to see a bit of stability to return on the heel of Nortel's attempt to transform itself. Nortel is gonna to be Nortel Networks. It is said more details during tomorrow analyst meeting. IMHO, it is a good move.

Saw Mr Chambers of CSCO on TV last week. Certainly a formidable competitor. He claims to have 80% of the internet segment and the top 1 or 2 of other categories. Not sure if it is true [objectively <G>,] but he is a force to reckon with and must be respected. Then again, someone commented that Nortel has 65% of the backbone, so Nortel Networks [with the addition of the old BayNetworks] is no chop liver <VBG>!

Again, should Nortel Networks employees be reading this, best of luck and thanks for the hard work... now try harder <G>

best, Bosco

best, Bosco
