Many seem to be ignoring the fact that the company has already had a news release about their new site. And in it they stated "CCI sells CD's and cassettes etc. etc...at their website and give the address...." biz.yahoo.com Now, anyone who responded to that announcement 12 days ago found that the site didn't work or even if they believe they made a purchase when they visited, we are now being told that none of those orders really counted. I was wondering why my CD's never arrived. The company hasn't informed me about anything on my "order". All I can say is that this is a heck of a way to perform after announcing to the world that you are entering the CD market at competitive prices with a brand new website! Was this not a "Grand Opening" announcement? If there's going to be another opening announcement I wonder how many who already visited the site would be willing to try again. Just my thoughts. Yes, I'm long TSIG BTW!
