I just called Hornblower & Weeks (y'all knew I would right?) and spoke with a Michael Gross (212-361-2266). He confirmed that they had issued the report on ESVS. Apparently they are impressed by the Beyond the Banner technology and feel the price for ESVS could be $6-8 in 6-8 months. Yes, they are MM's for ESVS and have the ability to buy for their clients between the bid/ask.
