I agree totally. The big question is how quickly. I have continued to look for big gains quarter over quarter in outsourcing, but they have not materialized. I do believe however, if the salesforce is "flipped" to push outsourcing now rather than y2k, it should ramp up quickly. In the "Other Services" area I am not clear what this constitutes. jmt
