Like you, I sold my bonds recently, though I didn't get 94! (can't complain though, I went long at 49.50 and sold at 89-90). I would be a buyer if the bonds dip below 80 but that would probably imply Hees common below 18.50, in which case given HIL's yield, I would probably favour the stock.
