1. He stated 40 mil sales price for home care division was wrong. Price has not been set. It will be accounted for as a discontinued operation. Did not say what will happen if can't be sold. 2. He stated layoffs were to trim fat. He seemed not to want to discuss the issue. 3. I asked about a share buy back and he stated they were considering but not actively. Waiting tell they raised 300 to 400 mil from sale to reits. These sales delayed because of ipo market for reits. 4. Stated business doing ok other than 1 above.
