If only we knew who received those shares and for what services rendered? If they were issued to Arif, then, weren't those shares restricted and not allowed to be free trading? If Arif pulled a SEXI on us and issued shares to family, neighbors, brokers, secretaries, girlfriends, etc. who,in turn, sold into the market without any registration, Arif will definitely go to jail as did Huttoe of SEXI shame. Apparently, no shares were issued for Myriad or the Delaware company. At .30 cents a share, was Arif entitled to an extra 15,000,000 if he, indeed, issued shares for himself? What did he do that was worth 15 million, except deceive and lie to shareholders? |
