Dear thebeach, I have never been one to be short on words. As you can see today, we are getting a spike on ASND. I believe the market has already priced in the merger to be. I don't believe LU will wait to purchase ASND, because ASND will report very strong earnings (at least 2-3 cents above estimates), and this will bump the stock past its moving day average, thus upping the ante that LU will have to fork over for ASND. "excessive candor" I will take that as a compliment. Good luck, Jamie
