L Micheal, To set the record straight, I am not JHP or Valuespec. That is easily verified. So please be my guest and do so. Are you saying in your post, that frank etal did not sell shares that were registered to sell. ?? By the way, check the previous SEC filings for ftel, you will see, according to those documents ( unless they are wrong or mistaken )that indeed frank did sell stock. No Storms here
