As I said DeMented one, I do not have a Bloomberg at home. "To my knowledge" means just that. The filing by Kern was made on June 15th. Bloomberg is typically 15 to 40 days late in updating its HDS file.So split some hairs if you like. You have proven nothing and I can put you on my flame list just as easily as you can me. Any other facts that you'd care to dispute?

As for returns,I have noticed and Fremont is outside the microcap norm (1 sigma outside it, to be specific). They also do not hedge. We do and we do it by shorting crap like this. We are UP 25% gross YTD, smart @ss.
