The stock seems to get stagnated at a narrow range lately and the trading volume drops quite a lot. Looks like traders' interest has been switched to other areas. According to the Wall Street Journal, a major brokage firm upgraded Broaderbun, a major competitor of TLC, to buy. Coupled with the positive comments on TLC in the recent Barrons issue, it may signal a revival of the general software sales. With any luck, the January effect on the small stocks may help to boost up the under valued TLC (P/E lower than 9).
