They said that it is being taken over in a reverse merger. ragingbull.com; - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -- The guys who started this board must have a connection to Lents and the old guys. At the very least they're emulating them to try to make suckers out of a new group of investors. They're doing the same thing at "Raging Bull" that the old hype guys did on this and other threads, Oh yah, it's going to do a reverse merger with a plastics company and "re"open for trading at 80 cents a share and create a melt up to kill all those evil old market makers who are still short. They ignore the logic. The stock is trading at 1 cent, and a plastics company (aptly named MegaBlow) can't use TWTI's tax loss carry forward. They're also looking forward to a Nasdaq listing. But they continue to hype, and are attacking me viciously for being a doubter. Sounds familiar!!! Dwight
