Great post!

You've presented enough detail to keep everyone who cares very busy watching the details unfold this next quarter and next year.

I wonder what it means to drive VMS NSK and Digital UNIX into NT? It almost sounds like the final merger into a common OS is about to happen. Or the merger will involve some major translation modules so that the OSs will be transparent to all who are using them.
