In regards to Frank Peters' quote >>>>>One last thing I want to share with you: I am still, by a wide margin, the largest shareholder in Franklin Telecom. I have stopped the 144 automatic filings because it has given the impression I was selling stock. I did this because I thought the price would be well over $10 at which point I would have sold a bit. I haven't sold a single share since January<<<<<.
Below is a list of all of the Fed Filings that I can find for 1998. As far as I can tell, they are all 'Form 144' which is only a registration to sell but not an actual sell (that would appear on a 'Form 4'). Do you have other documentation that would give proof to your accusation that Frank is lying? If you do have that, I would sincerely like to see it. If you don't have any other documents then maybe you shouldn't accuse him of lying. Thanks in advance. ~ jack
