MDIH is now a FULLY REPORTING COMPANY!!! As expected, MDIH just filed form 10SB with the SEC (on Edgar) today, which means they are now a fully reporting company. 1st quarter earnings are due tomorrow, and I am told they will be very good. Outlook going forward looks terrific, and we can expect some acquisition announcements shortly. Gator
