I don't think anyone knows why. I think Mr. Chin promising audited financials to the SEC started this mess. And then rescinding that claim days later I have a hard time believing that only this is tanking the stock this quickly. In fact, look to the past.... Jimmy Chin usually pulls news out of his (you know what) when DGIV stock starts to tank. Now I know everyone said accumulate on the way down.... but this is a great little float on DGIV... and if you believe Mr. Chin is going to prop up the share price again to save it from .65 and below hell... it may make sense to get some here.
