Intel has had their share of obscure minor bugs. They have been extensively covered by the Media.

But releasing a processor that CRASHES on WIndows 95 - arguably one of the most popular operating systems in the world - that shows a real lack of testing - and something "peculiar" about the design.

Why do 350 MHz and 400 MHz and 450 MHz Pentium II's have no problem on the exact same software?
