MIchelle - <<OT>> you're confusing stating an opinion vs. specific, factual evidentiary testimony under oath, but first: "the fact that business is full of liars and manipulators." The use of full leads me to believe you think all of us in business are liars and manipulators. Nonsense. If you think that because there are well-publicized sleaze-balls out there that we are all sleaze-balls, you should hide your money under a mattress.

I wish people would quit using shotguns in an attempt to kill mosquitos. Perpetuating that kind of stuff only serves to negativize and stereotype people.

As for "Lane and Ellison should go to jail for telling the DOJ that Msft is all thats wrong with Oracle." More nonsense - they stated their opinions of the effect MSFT was having on their business.

"Also McNealy should go to jail because he is claiming Msft practices with NT are destructive to unix and Sun, when in fact part of the problem is the failure of the unix consortium 8 years ago... if McNealy didnt specifically meantion this, he should be jailed correct? " No. Again, he was making a claim that others know to be incorrect.

Being wrong is not lying.
