JPR - The mistake of not allowing Inidans to acquire property in Kashmir was made by Nehru (who of course was allowed to buy since he was a kashmiri) and this mistake has been perpetuated since thereby causing the current unrest. This has got to stop at some time. And whenever there is that change, there will be unrest. But best to get it over with now thna to let it linger. Its like a cancer that needs to cut off rather than just given chemotherapy. - ratan
